Film – TV Series Production and Management Certificate Program
In the Production and Management Training Certificate Program, faculty members from Istanbul Aydın University Faculty of Communication and professionals from MEDYAPIM will provide training on production both practically and theoretically. The training will take place at the Florya Campus, on the ongoing TV series sets of Medyapım, and at their office in Levent.
The training, which begins with introductory courses on film production, will include comprehensive knowledge and experience sharing on topics such as generating project ideas, preparing production budgets and files, and building partnerships and sponsorships. All students enrolled in the program will be able to participate in visits to Medyapım TV series sets and offices. The course schedule, office visits, and set tour program will be announced soon.
- Objective: To train qualified professionals in the field of production for the film and TV industry.
- Scope: For 16 weeks (Tuesday – Thursday: 6 hours / Total 96 hours), practice-oriented training will be provided by industry professionals and academics who are experts in their fields.
- General Requirements: The certificate program is open to all graduates of any undergraduate program. Classes will be conducted in groups of up to 20 participants and will include visits to partnered Cinema-TV companies.

Week 1: Film Production – Film Production Stages: Finding and developing a program project (Idea – Project – Screenwriting – Preparing the Budget). Pre-production (Production preparation). Production (execution). Post-production (completion). (Completion of office procedures).
Week 2: Roles in the Film Production Process: Producer, director, assistant director, cinematographer, screenwriter, production manager, cameraman, sound technician, lighting technician, graphic designer, editor, etc.
Week 3: Finding and Developing a Project Idea: Finding an original and feasible idea, research, writing a synopsis, target audience analysis, market research, establishing connections with the sector…
